Tracy's Nails

I get so many compliments on my nails both by my post on fb,TikTok, Instagram and in person. I always sit at 6 or 7 father and daughter and I truly adore both of them. I bring an inspiration photo in and let them create. When it comes to price I feel they deserve what they ask for plus the tip I give. My birthday is coming up so I figured I would treat myself to getting my nails done after work. Tracy’s were still open so I figured I would give them a chance but I left slightly disappointed. I walked in with nail reference and left with different nails because the older gentlemen doing my nails said he couldn’t do what I was originally asking for. $50 is cheap but I would say the end results are pretty mid. 1-2 of my nails are definitely not straight, they’re lumpy, thick at the tips and uneven. The simple nail design of a cross doesn’t even look decent on my right hand. The gentlemen did very little filing after the acrylic set, what he did do was file more of my cuticles back. This one is a given from a lot of places but I did leave with a lot of nail glue and the acrylic itself suck to my skin. No questions were asking about shape, some of my nails are the typical square nail, some slightly rounded at the ends. This place doesn’t strive with nail art, maybe just simple designs and solid colors. I wouldn’t go to this salon again. Wouldn’t recommend it either.

I’ve tried this place several times and I’m not returning. Lumpy, uneven nails along with sloppy, uneven French tips. They were packed and I had to get to work so I couldn’t make them redo my nails. The guy who is doing my nails was the older gentleman with salt and pepper hair. I swear he dozed off twice if not more times when he was doing my nails. I don’t know if he was tired or on something and then every time I tried to point out what he was doing was wrong he would just grab my hand and start working again. I tried to tell him multiple times that my nails on one hand were shorter than the other hand. He just basically blew off everything. I was trying to tell him and multiple people had their younger daughters in there and I did not want to make a scene, but I definitely want my nails fixed.

I love Tracy’s nails! I come here with my aunt and mom every two weeks. Nice girl time. Nails are always top notch. And Lee does the best design work!
