Affinity Day Spa

My first time at the new location in Davison. The massage therapist was very professional and exceptional. Chad is a very experienced therapist , one of my best massages. The only odd thing was I paid cash for an hour long service, and my receipt did not reflect the correct amount I had given. And did not include his tip. I paid 100$ and i wanted the 31$ due back to me ,be given to him for his tip.My receipt showed I paid 80$ and I received 11$ back. I showed the receptionist ,she stated that was odd. Hoping it was just a clerical mistake. Thank you Chad for the service, you deserve every bit of that tip

I received a gift card for Valentine’s Day for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was very sweet, and a delight to speak with. I requested “the strongest massage therapist” as I have extremely hard knots in my neck, back and shoulders, due to my unfortunate health condition. She assured me that Seth would be a great fit for my needs, and he most definitely was! I had a massage therapist I had been booking with for years at another facility, but unfortunately he moved to another state, so I had already been on the look for a new person to fill his spot. I had tried multiple places with no luck in finding someone who could relieve my pain. Upon arrival at Affinity, I was greeted by a nice young lady at the desk and noticed it is beautifully decorated and clean; and also a calm, relaxing, and inviting environment. All of the employees are polite and professional. I can’t express how pleased I am with the experience I had with Seth! He was extremely professional, addressed my needs and gave me an exceptional massage, while also being a pleasure to converse with. He relieved so much of my pain, and I was so relaxed afterwards, I could have fallen asleep right there on the table lol I highly recommend going here and booking with Seth! I’m thrilled to say, I found my new massage therapist, and I will most definitely be back! Thank you again Affinity Day Spa and Seth for the great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would give them 10 stars, if I could!

I saw JoAnna today for the first time. We are new to town and I was in need of a new stylist and was lucky to get an appointment with her. She was amazing. Skilled, kind, really talented. The place is adorable and everyone was really nice. 10 out of 10.

Update 7/4/25: Still have not received a phone call back from the management team who requested I call. My mom and I went to get pedicures at Affinity. It was a disgusting and disappointing experience. First, the technician did not clean the nail utensils between use on my mom and I. Also, she wore the same glove to work on both of our feet. It was very unsanitary. It took over 2 hours to get both pedicures only to leave with tacky, goopy nail polish. 4 hours later at bedtime I had to remove the polish so it didn't stick to my bedding. Lastly, the smells of the products used were very strong and florally, with sparkles in them. Not very spa-ish. Will not be going back.

Got myself a pedicure tonight at the new location. The technician was excellent, the only reason for 3-stars. No longer has a relaxing spa feeling. The pedicure chairs are in the same room with the manicure technicians, very loud & Asian vibes, lights were super bright, techs were all dressed in whatever, music was excessive. Had to pay prior to arrival because the receptionist left early. Won't be back.
