World Nails

I took my daughter with me today to get her nails filled. What a horrible mistake. She ended up getting the new girl at station 20. She not only did a horrific job on her nails but had the audacity to insult her. She thought that it was ok to tell her that she had a mustache and needed to have it waxed. My daughter kindly declined, but then she continued asking her two more times. So rude. And for someone with her face and physique, she has no room to be degrading other people the way she did. This lady needs to learn customer service and manners. You people need to start hiring people that know what the hell they are doing and know how to treat your paying customers. Ridiculous

They did a great job and I was very impressed with how they did my nails. The guy that did my nails was very nice and very helpful and very talented. I will be coming back from now on

i gave the guy at table 1 an inspo and he did nothing like the picture i gave him. my friend had to fix them because he gave me a cow print instead of cheetah print. book an appointment somewhere else. totally NOT worth it.

I have gone here a few times now. The first time was fine, the second time my nails looked terrible but whatever it happens. This time was AWEFUL I went in for a fill. The guy insisted I needed a new set, it had been awhile since I'd had a new set so I agreed. Next thing I know he is shoving a nail tip under the acrylic and ripping them off! I was shocked. All of my fingers were throbbing, a lot were tore down to near bleeding and one was bleeding with a chunk of my real nail gone! I don't know who told people this was an acceptable way to remove acrylic nails but it is not! I will no longer be coming here. The guy that did them was the manager, first row, end table on the left, table number 4.

If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely do not recommend this place! I went in for a simple fill and left with my nails throbbing in pain and bleeding. The lady that I had insisted on giving me a new set although I just got a full set two weeks ago. She then tells me she’s going to do a full set for the same price as a fill. So I’m like whatever as long as my nails look good and last. This lady then takes a nail tip and shoves it in between my nail and the acrylic. I told her at this point I’d just like to soak my nails off and leave. She sees I was in pain and bleeding and CONTINUED to proceed prying them off and did nothing about the bleeding. After she was done she goes no “no charge I don’t charge you today” and “go wash your hands”. I got up and washed my hands and she already had the next person in her chair. There was no sanitation or nothing done besides throwing away the paper towel that my fingers had bled all over. I was not offered band aids or even told that she was sorry! I left crying and don’t think I can ever go back or get my nails done again, I am horrified from this experience. This place outta be shut down!
