My new go to and favorite nail place in Bay City! A coworker of mine recommended me to go here a while ago and ever since the first time I went they have not disappointed! I get extremely crazy detailed nail designs and they always deliver amazing product and make time for what I ask. It amazes me how much they always look like the inspiration photos I provide them. These pictures are my latest set and I am in love with them. The service is punctual and kind especially with how busy and high traffic they are. I have also gotten pedicures from them and it feels so luxury for the price point. A beautiful addition to Bay City and I am so happy I have found a nail place I feel comfortable at. Overall, a friendly welcoming atmosphere and great product for an even better price. Even if you are getting a simple manicure or pedicure I would definitely give them a chance and check them out. I had a 4 p.m. appointment for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was actually pretty nice, no complaints there. But the rest of the experience was really unpleasant. They started working on my acrylic fill while I was still getting my pedicure done, so I didn’t get a chance to look at colors or really decide what I wanted. I felt super rushed the whole time, and eventually the tech just picked a color for me and it wasn’t really what I had requested but I didn’t feel comfortable asking to change it, maybe that’s on me, but the whole interaction just felt awkward and rushed. When I left, my nails honestly looked worse than when I came in. The acrylic is bumpy, uneven, and has dust and little specks in the polish. The filing and shaping weren’t done well either. I even went back to ask if they could fix it, if not the bumpy acrylic maybe the dusty polish but they said it was because it’s French tip I felt extremely unheard as a paying customer which was really disappointing because in the last 10 years I’ve never had acrylics turn out this rough or a salon not at least offer to fix it It’s a shame because the pedicure and atmosphere was nice, but the acrylic fill and overall service just weren’t it. It’s never easy voicing a complaint and when I did it was completely disregarded.

My wife and I got pedicures for the first time here and we love it! Prices are great and offered a lot more than other places! This will be our new go to spot. Everyone was super nice and welcoming as well. A+!!

Lee did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be back for my fill! I haven’t had them done in a while and am always skeptical of trying new nail places but very pleasantly surprised. I love them!! Thank you Lee!
