Lotus Nails

I normally go to Lily's Nails but wanted to try something different. The woman servicing me at Lotus made incredibly rude and snide comments towards me, interrupted my service twice to chat with others, and missed a step in the process. When I noted that she may have missed something she was defensive and made a rude comment yet again. The paint looks nice, but I couldnt wait to get out of there. Not a relaxing experience at all. I felt rushed when she was attending me. I will be going back to Lily's Nails where customers are treated equally and kindly.

I have been to my fair share of nail salons in my day & Lotus Nails is my favorite! I have only lived in the area for over a year and have tried 3 other salons in the Huntley/Algonquin area and was not impressed. I am so happy that I tried Lotus Nails and found this gem. Lily always does an amazing job, takes her time and listens to everything you want. She remembered my name after only 1 visit and is super kind, friendly and she is super accommodating with my 4 year old daughter who comes along with me. I have been getting lots of compliments on all of my no-chip manicures. I Highly recommend this family owned business. A+

Wonderful Experience! Lily was helpful, friendly, attentive and professional. I was welcomed right when I walked in the door for my appointment, and set to the task of choosing my polish color while I waited my turn. They were running a little behind because they were so busy serving customers getting ready for Easter. I was really glad I had made an appointment because even though I had to wait for a little bit, they would have had to turn me away if I tried to just walk in. They will take walk-ins but it's better to have an appointment especially around holidays. It's only $50 for a combined mani-pedi, but I added the $25 no chip. (Please be aware that they can charge your service on a credit card, but tips are cash only.) I relaxed in the massage chair while my feet soaked, then Lily and I chatted while she expertly attended to my feet, and asking questions to assure my comfort. She apologized for the wait, and wanted me to know that it is important to the staff that they are attentive to every guest, even if that means some appointments run a little long. I really appreciate that! After feet, it was time for hands, and Lily did a beautiful job here too. I'm on day three and everything still looks beautiful. Thank you! I'll be back for sure.

Just a few doors down from Love Story Bridal I get my nails done by anyone of the nail techs and they are always so beautiful. Mike and Lily have such a great team. I always gets lots of compliments 💝 thank you!!

First time here. Last minute apt.for a no chip manicure and pedicure. They were very gracious and attentive to my needs and requests. I will be back to this location!
