Absolutely obsessed with my winter nails! Hong and Tony are amazing to work with and incredibly talented. They really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life with so much detail and care. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I left feeling pampered and confident. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality nails! ❄️💅

I have been to this location a few times now for an eyebrow wax (they do a GREAT job) but I decided to get a pedicure this time around! I got the Lavendar Relieve pedicure and it was AMAZING! The salon is very clean and fresh, my tech did a great job, excellent polish selection and they even had a complimentary snack cart which was a really cool surprise! It felt like I went to a spa! I will be doing this again!!!

I'd like to thank David & the manager as I requested a particular job for my nails & I think David nailed it. He has taken care of me twice already & he has always made sure that my nails match the lenght from both hands which other places have not. Also I ended up having 2 diff boboos on my stingy thumb & they fixed it for me with no extra charge, I tried tipping but they wouldn't allow me either so I would make sure to tip extra next time. I will highly recommend them & David. See you in 2 weeks. 🥰

My nail polish looks very nice and they have a good selection of gel colors. However, the manicure was painful. The technician was rough with my cuticles so they bled periodically during the manicure. I left with small scabs and swelling around some of my fingers. The technician used the nail file and a black buffer similar to what's used on rough heels during a pedicure on the skin around my nails and the cuticles. He did not use an efile, so I think this was part of the problem, but some of the time he was filing/buffing skin only, not nails. His use of the cuticle nippers was very rough as well. I did mention it was uncomfortable, but the technician said he was fixing my hands for me because the cuticles were too wide. He was very friendly, but not super responsive when I said it hurt. After roughly nipping my cuticles, the edges were painted with what I think was alcohol which went into the open cuts and lifted up cuticles and stung. I was concerned about an infection with open cuts, so I just went with the alcohol. It's hard to see, but the remaining cuticles look torn up, not smoothed out. It's two days later and the sides of my nails and cuticles still hurt with pressure or heat, like grabbing something or washing my hands in warm water. I attached pictures of my nails from today to show the scabs. I did not have scabs on my hands or cuticles before I went in. They show the swelling too, but that may be hard to see if you haven't seen my hands before. The location is convenient, they're efficient, it's hard to say no to the pretty colors, everyone is friendly, but this was a rough manicure that still hurts two days later.

Ann did my manicure, she did such an amazing job. She really took her time to file my nails and make sure the shape was correct before she proceeded any further. She went above and beyond what I had expected from the appointment. Ann pays attention to detail significantly. I get so many compliments on my nails. They’re so beautiful!
