2025-12-09STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I went in for a gel manicure and the service was only half done. The nail tech, Kelly, didn’t do a proper manicure—she didn’t remove any of the cuticles around my nails, and the French tip I requested was applied unevenly with barely any paint on some nails. The job was not done correctly, and I had to return to get multiple nails fixed. When I came back, instead of being understanding about the situation, they gave me attitude. I was made to wait about 10 minutes even though several staff members were not busy, and they had the nail tech (Kelly) who did the design fix the mistakes. After Kelly finished fixing my left hand, she didn’t even bother to correct the issues on my right hand. For a service that cost me $90, I expected professionalism and quality. I had every intention of tipping well for good work, but I left feeling disappointed and humiliated—especially after Kelly told me, “When the timer finishes, you can go.” If the owner wants to run the business correctly, they should pay more attention to customer satisfaction. Really disappointed with this experience.
