The Best Nails & Spa

Cindy and Patricia did an amazing job! Not only were they very hospitable and skilled, but they made me feel very comfortable and heard during my visit. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Got a mani pedi gel. Did Gel-X on my hands with chrome. They do heavy upcharges btw. My tech rushed through the process and it shows. I have lumps and bumps all over my nails, they’re not the same shape, some are crooked from filing, while I got almond shape one of the nails is coffin shaped, and the skin under my nails are stuck to the fake nails. The sides of my nails were neglected and I have streaks, blank/bald spots, and some spots where the chrome is not buffed out and is super concentrated. They value getting clients in and out quick rather than quality. While I was there they accepted five more people who had to wait for a tech. This was an hour before closing. I’ve never spent so much on poorly done nails I wanted to leave crying. I still want to cry. When I look at my nails I want to vomit. Thank goodness I’m not heading to an event any time soon because this was ridiculous. They only look nice if I squint and cross my eyes I’m so disappointed. It was hard to get a photo showing the poor quality of the set I’ve been given. I’m not someone who can speak up or even complain to someone else easily and I understand that put me in this position but I do not want to go back. Update: one week later and they’re all off. Gel X should NOT come off this easily. I’m still extremely disappointed with the service and the nails I received. And what is crazier is that they were put on by the owner/manager of this facility. I absolutely cannot believe that I have spent an absurd amount for the worst nails and service of my life.

I love coming here. I’ve had my nails done by Stacy & Tammy, pedicures from Kathy & Amy, all have been great. My nails this time are my favorite so far. The energy in here is so positive. These women are uplifting, fun & services are priced right.

I got the cutest simple gel manicure just in time for Valentine’s Day, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and care they put into their work really stood out.
