I hate to do this but I’ve been to this nail salon twice. The first time, it was okay. They were a tad pointy for my liking but fine. I went in for the second time and asked for a polygel fill. My nail tech had asked me if it was my first time at this salon and I had said no, because I had been there once before and they were working on the very nails I had done at this salon. Instead of a polygel fill, I received a polish change on nails that were two weeks grown out, while having the nail tech tell me I DID NOT get my nails done there. When I literally was there two weeks before?! It has been barely three days since I’ve gone to this salon and I’ve had three nails peel off because they were not done correctly and gel nail polish was painted over two weeks of grown out nails. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but will not be returning. Beware new customers!! I went to this place based off of reviews but am not impressed!

I SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS PLACE! I've gone to the owner for YEARS and haven't been disappointed! Her and her team are great! They take their time and put pride into their work. I get the hot gel which yes is a little pricier but SO WORTH IT! my nails don't lift or chip or break and that's a big thing with me especially being a waitress! And they last SO LONG! I highly recommend giving them a shot!

I love lv nail spa! all of the staff here are so kind and understanding. Im always in a rush , my stylist are never angry and always understand. I have shaky hands and they don’t even worry about it and are so professional and gentle. I love their work, each nail artist has their own style but my nails have never looked better. 100/10.

After trying many salons in the area for pedicures and structure gel nails, I have finally found a winner. The environment is warm, welcoming, modern, and extremely clean. The technicians are extremely skilled, professional, and just give off a very positive vibe for you to enjoy.

The girl who did my pedicure did an amazing job, but unfortunately the rest of my experience at this salon was unacceptable. The staff seriously needs to work on their customer service. I work in the beauty industry, so I understand how important professionalism and client care are. The nail technician who did my manicure showed no care for whether I liked the outcome. She didn’t even let me know she was finished she simply walked away and started working on someone else, leaving polish on my fingers and skipping important finishing steps. Unlike other clients around me, I did not receive lotion, cuticle oil, or the same level of attention. Which made me feel singled out, I even had to ask if lotion was included, which is something I shouldn’t have to remind a professional about. What made the experience even worse was that as soon as I spoke up, the staff began speaking in another language to each other instead of addressing my concerns directly. As a professional in the beauty industry myself, I know how important it is to provide clients with a complete and consistent service experience. Unfortunately, my visit to your salon did not reflect that standard. If you want quality nails and good customer service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This salon does not value its clients and my experience was truly disappointing.
