2025-03-16This was my first fully spa experience, and Rumi Simone made it one to never forgot. This was a gift, so I’ll only be able to go back in my imagination. The front desk was flexible and understanding when booking the appointment; and made it clear about cancellations/ payment. Also, I received service from Natalie, she was amazing, and down to earth while getting my facial. Thanks girl, you brought my skin back to life! I really felt refreshed / relaxed when leaving ✨

2025-07-15Recently had the vital infusion facial with Kelly. I am really happy with the results. Facials are not something that I do for relaxation, results and long term impact are the goal. She did a fantastic job and I am really happy with my skin. I will definitely be back for another vital infusion with Kelly. Thank you!

2022-03-13I highly recommend the Organic Ocean Facial! The aromas were very earthy and relaxing 😌 They have heated facial beds and use heated hand mitts as well. My Esthetician was Deanna, and she was very nice about giving me extra time with the steamer on. Loved the experience ❤

2025-07-13The pedicure was fabulous. However, trying to get up the steep stairs and maneuver through the dark hallways was really a challenge. Everyone speaks in whispers so it is difficult to understand what they want. I would not go back.

2025-03-25Spa has Amazing atmosphere with waterfall, fireplace, delicious tea, plus wonderful amenities like steam room (eucalyptus 💕 scented) and sauna. 100% coming back and highly recommend!
