Becky is incredible, very knowledgeable, professional, and makes you incredibly comfortable. She listens, explains, and is very reasonably priced. Her work speaks for itself and I'm always getting compliments on my hair. Not to mention since I've been seeing her, my hair has never been healthier. Highly recommend

Literally the worst hair experience i’ve ever had. I told Bailey L. that she could cut off some length because I knew I had dead ends and she said 3 inches at most. Chopped off my hair that was down to my waist shoulder length after I told my stylist that I was GETTING MARRIED in two weeks and wanted to do the Hollywood curls hair style that you need long hair for. Specifically said Nicole Kidman in practical magic with length and layers. Asked for it to be lightened to a brown from black and gave me copper streaks. Came back the next week so she could fix it, was there for 6 hours and at the end of the day they said “my hair just wasn’t taking in the color” and they’ve never seen that before. Like what? Finally I’m done at this point so I talk to the owner, Becky who had no interest in taking any kind of responsibility and said she “had to defend her stylists”. Was extremely rude and said what I asked for was “a big ask in such a short period of time”. They should have conveyed that and been honest about that from the beginning instead of giving me something I don’t want. I’m not a professional hair stylists how am I supposed to know what a big ask is? Becky also heard approximately half of the initial consultation where I said I wanted to go short and missed the part where I said AFTER MY WEDDING so felt the need to try and gaslight me into believing I asked for shoulder length hair. Do not go here unless you’ve been going here for years because they will treat you badly when you speak up.

From the minute you walk into the salon they make you feel like you belong. So welcoming and fun. The ladies are all so talented and you can tell they love what they do and really care about the experience their client has from start to finish. I go to Britt M one of the owners but each of the ladies are amazingly talented. If you haven’t been yet, GO!!!

Always phenomenal! I've been a long time customer of Brittney and Lush since their launch and I'm never short of amazed! Such a warm environment with great conversation, above and beyond service accommodations and that woman's touch to make every appointment extra special. My son is on the spectrum and his haircuts with Britt are even more exciting than my own! That extra care really make all the difference. If you're looking for something super special check out Julieta as well! She's the absolute best in the business when you're looking for microblading and other semi permanent beauty fixes!!!! Highly recommend, there's something for everyone here!
