Look through the photos** I rarely ever do reviews like this. My first time coming to this place. Booked it for my birthday. When arriving I was greeted kindly. The moment I sat in the chair to get a pedicure, the lady asked if the water was good. It was scolding hot and she just laughed at me and started speaking her language. She wasn’t kind and treated my feet like they were nothing. My skin turned blotchy from the high temp and then when it came to scrubbing them she scrapped them so hard my feet started burning in the water. I lifted my feet and I noticed I was bleeding and had cuts all over my feet. Before I noticed this she stopped my service to treat a regular and left me in the chair to wait. I showed them that she made my feet bleed and showed them all the cuts and they laughed saying “ohhh she just scrub too hard huh?”. Umm no.. I’ve been getting pedicures at many places for years and this is the first time with terrible service I’ve received. Never had my feet bleed. That’s not normal. And not mentioning this is $60 without tip!! My feet are leaving here worse than they came in with. No courtesy. It seems if you’ve been a regular they treat you like royalty but a new client is chump change. I will not be returning and I will let people in the area know. Customer service is so important and you should treat everyone with respect. You are a small business, correct? Alls I can say is do better for your future clients who spend their hard earned money on your services. UPDATE *** next morning my feet were in so much pain. The photos have been updated to my feet the next morning( labeled). It is not because they pushed too hard. They simply do not know what they’re doing. These cuts are infected. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! *time it happened- Tried to get photos but the lighting is terrible. You can see a bit of the cuts and the red blotchiness due to the heat. *

I love this baul salon! They are always so clean, professional and the prices are amazing compared to others around here. I always leave so happy with the designs I show them. I will be happy to return for my monthly nail appointments. Thanks guys! Keep up the amazing work!

** update: new owners right before Memorial Day’24. They did a EXCELLENT job on my fill in manicure!! Please visit them or call them if you live closer to Sterling Heights, as they also have a salon there. I even got a relaxing hand message with hot towel..:) This is a really professional, spacious and relaxing salon. The employees are very friendly and detail oriented. Highly recommend. I get a lot of compliments on my nails. Tip them generously, too, because they rely on tips.

I get cat eye nails every time I go. They do a fantastic job! They last about 3 weeks! Best place in town. I don’t know the nail techs names, but I prefer Eric & Vi! They do the best cat eye work!

Hannah and Vivian were absolutely amazing! My mom and I truly got the best pedicures we’ve ever had. 10/10
