K K Nails Too

Misty is wonderful! She is willing to go with my whims and requests. My nails always look superb and she is very sweet yet professional. Whether it’s a single service, mani/pedi or setting up an appointment for my grandma, I’ve never had a single negative experience.

Misty did amazing in my wedding nails and toes! These are perfect and she was very understanding! This is my first time with acrylic and she was great about keeping them thin so they weren’t too much for me! Me and my bridesmaids had a great experience!

I was there for pedicure and manicure(Shellac). The lady called Neena(if I remember her name correctly) was too unprofessional and started asking personal questions which made me uncomfortable and upset. She was literally pushing me for gel pedicure over basic one and was saying what’s the harm spending more money. She did not do good job with manicure(Shellac )either. It started chipping off only after 6 days. I am not going to be there ever again. After spending $70 ( tip was added on top of it) I as a customer was not satisfied.

So writing this for my wife. Horrible experience we went in for a basic french manicure. The lady kept asking if I wanted shellac, i told her no. I don't typically spend money on this 22 is fine. Not kidding she asked my daughter 6 times if she wanted shellac, call your father he'll pay for it. She did a horrible job on her nails. My lady was better. Didn't force me or rush me. However doesn't make up for the horrible experience of the other lady. Never will go back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had the most horrible experience today. I called ahead for a Mani/Pedi and they said to come right then, which I did. The water for the Pedicure was ice cold… no problem. Once the pedicure was done a different lady started my mani. She was so rough with me. She said they were closing early for a party so “she has to rush”. Not exactly what you want to hear. She shoved the shellac light on my hand and never turned it on. When she finally noticed she yelled at me “ why you’re not paying attention?!” Ummmm excuse me but why are you not paying attention……… was so rude. For $95 and a $20 tip that I begrudgingly left, I will take my business elsewhere. Absolutely awful.
