EDIT: They called me this morning and wanted to make it right free of charge and had me come in today and Haley redid my nails. They look absolutely amazing now! Even better than the inspo picture I’d say! They even gifted me a hand lotion and refused to let me tip. They apologized profusely and made sure I liked my nails every step of the way! I really appreciate them making it right and will be back to see Haley again! Thank you guys!! 😊 (Only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because it should’ve been done right the first time but they redeemed themselves greatly) PREVIOUS REVIEW: Amy did my nails and they do not look anything like what I wanted. I showed her a picture of French tips with silver sparkles underneath. She came back with a chunky more glittery polish but I thought it was fine at first and trusted the process. When she got to painting on the French tips I realized the sparkles she used were too chunky and you could see them through the French tip. I brought it to her attention and showed her the picture of what I wanted again and instead of fixing it or even offering to do a second coat of white on the tips to cover the glitter more she just argued that I said I was okay with it. Well obviously I didn’t realize that initially and as the nail tech she should’ve known what I didn’t. Not very good customer service and I the customer did not leave happy and she rushed through the rest of the process after seeing I wasn’t happy with my nails. Will not be going back. Absolutely ridiculous. What I wanted vs what I got in the photos.

Love this place ! Have been coming here over a year now and I'm always leaving with amazing results, exactly what Ive shown Kim was able to accomplish. Also they were able to match the colors to a t, down below is photo comparison of the reference photo and my nails for color matching it was spot on! And even though I went shorter they still make them look so good with the design ! Always pleased with my experience.

The staff was amazing would love to go again they did amazing on my nails haven’t been there before I got recommend by someone at my work to go check it out so I did it good price of the nails wasn’t Bad at all. THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL COME AGAIN!! FIVE ⭐️
