I have been getting my pedicures & dip powder nails done at Natural Nails for the past five years. Vivian has been doing my dip powder on my nails & she does an Amazing job, I get compliments on my nails all the time. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I can say without hesitation, l am very picky & very observant. The whole staff does a great job. Anyone who has ever given me a pedicure has done a fantastic job, and an excellent massage. I have never had any chipping on my toe nail polish which is always a plus. Everyone there is very friendly and I've always observed them being friendly with all the other clientele. The salon is very clean with an upbeat atmosphere. I Highly recommend Vivian & her staff at Natural Nails.

I am giving this place 2 stars solely because I thought the technician that did my pedicure did a great job!! However, I had to get my manicure done by someone else who cut my finger and gave me an infection which was painful during my vacation. See photo/video below of my nails 3-4 days after getting them done. I had to ask the technician to spray alcohol on my cut while the owner stood there and did nothing. Very disappointed in my experience and needless to say, I will not be returning. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this nail salon and will be reporting to the board. Editing to add: my nails lasted 6 days before they literally peeled off. The top coat peeled on its own prior to the rest of the coats.

My nails look so chunky after this dip experience. I have been here several times on and off throughout the past couple of years and it's always hit or miss, and this dip experience is a miss for me. I asked for some cute nails for engagement photos, and now my nails look even chunkier than without them being painted. The lady tried cleaning up the dip powder around my nails once, but even after leaving you can see she did not clean up well enough around my nails, nor did she start the polish at the base of the nail bed. I asked for some cute ombre sparkly nails with a reference photo and the pink is so close to the white color that there no difference. The lady tried reassuring me that they didn't look chunky before I left. She was nice, but I won't be returning. $60 dip nails without the added cash tip.

I have been coming here now for 2 months and all of the staff is very friendly and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone there has done my nails and toes and I’ve never had any negative experiences. Vivian the owner usually does my nails and she is amazing! She always makes sure that she does a great job before I leave and always says that all of her clients are paying a lot of money for their nails so she wants to make sure that they look great, I have been to a few nail salons in Livonia and I’ve never experienced that kind of care and empathy by someone so that means a lot! The salon is so cute and always very clean. Everyone there makes it very enjoyable and pleasant to be there. I highly recommend Natural Nails!
