first time in, i will be back!! helen and anne were so sweet and took such good care of me. very happy with how my nails turned out. so pretty! and great conversation!! i’ve been struggling to find a salon that isn’t over the top, too expensive, or rushed through. they really took their time and for such a great price! thanks again ❤️

Helen is such a patient and humble person. The first time there, i was a little hesitant being it was kinda slow and id been going to the same people for years but she showed out and killed any curiosity I had. She added more " bling" and emphasized that my happiness was her responsibility. She took her time and made sure my nails were "lit". This picture is 3 weeks old might I add.

I was opposed on writing a review, but even after going back to them to see if they could fix their mistake they still failed. This is $95 down the drain because, I refuse to walk around with my nails looking like this. I’m disappointed especially since Google shows this nail salon at a 4.9 rating, which is the only reason I gave it a try. The tech doing my pedicure moved painfully slow—like the sloth in Zootopia. I assumed the slow pace meant extra attention to detail. It didn’t. My pedicure polish started peeling the same day, and I had planned to wear open-toe heels with a dress that night. My full set was worse. The second tech was faster, but when I requested a specific design, she admitted (despite saying she’s been a nail tech since 1992) that she doesn’t know current nail trends. I tried to compromise because I had a concert in a few hours and needed something done. Unfortunately, the polish still chipped quickly and the design I settled for felt random and sloppy. To her credit, she didn’t charge me for the design she couldn’t do, which I appreciated. Still, for a business with such a high rating, I expected far better. When I went to get my nails redone, I asked for one of my nail design to be ombré (green & blue polish) - she told me that she didn’t know how to do it so she rather not. I don’t understand how someone has been doing nails since 1992, not know how to do Ombré. I thought that would’ve been the first design a nail tech learns. As shown in the pictures the silver chrome came off my nails, which either meant she didn’t let my nails dry long enough before getting me out her chair, she didn’t do the process efficiently, or her polish is old. I rely heavily on reviews when trying a new place, and in this case, Google reviews really let me down. The Black/Silver was the first attempt The Blue/Green was second attempt

I will never go back to this place again first of all I only wanted a French tip the lady I got looked like she doesn’t have much experience. The nails look so bad from far away it was fine but both hands had different types and some were bigger and some were shorter she told me if I write a good review she would give me 5 dollars off and I did and showed her she ended up not taking the 5 dollars off. I hated my nails it looked like a little kid made them if u go there go for a pedicure not for a full set they won’t be able to do designs.

I came into Nail Parlour on a Wednesday night for a shellac fill, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish! I was seated right away—no wait at all—and my nails were done beautifully in just 40 minutes. At only $35, it was an amazing deal for such high-quality service. The owner was absolutely fabulous—super friendly, professional, and clearly very hardworking. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in their work. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. I left with perfect nails and a smile on my face. I’ll definitely be coming back!
