Every time I walk in—whether they’re packed or completely booked—they always find a way to take care of me and get my nails looking flawless. Their consistency is unmatched. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely skilled at what they do. They pay attention to every little detail, they actually listen to what I want, and they never rush, even when they’re busy. I always leave feeling taken care of and more confident than when I walked in. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel like a valued client every single visit, but they absolutely do. 2025-11-19I got the builder gel on my natural nail. A few of My nails had a bumpy texture. I did return to the shop 10 minutes later to get a few fixed. The polish was on my skin. They were very nice and fixed it for free! So i appreciate that very much.

2025-07-13My first time at Gloss was 10/10 experience!! The atmosphere was amazing, everything was super clean and I had most amazing nail techs. Literally everyone in Gloss was super sweet and friendly, but I specifically had Rachel for my manicure. I gave her a few ideas, but she freestyled the coolest nails I have ever had!! She is a true artist and just a phenomenal person!! Jenny did my VIP pedicure and she did a great job as well!! Even though it was past closing time she made sure to take her time and didn’t rush at all!! I highly recommend both of them, and the whole team at Gloss, and will absolutely be back. Best spot in the greater Grand Rapids area for sure!!! ❤️
