My nail tech was awesome! What an amazing experience today!! She nailed the picture I gave her! There was no wait at all and everyone was very friendly! My nail technician was so sweet and could relate to all my stories! Thanks OMG nails!! 🤩

Came in for a manicure and pedicure, didn’t have an appointment on a Friday mid morning yes they were busy but got me right in within 10-15 mins of waiting. I got the deluxe pedicure with the neck massage with oils and opted to pay the extra $10 for 5 more minutes of neck massage and she massaged my neck for 15 more minutes, wrapped me in a hot bean bag and let me sit for 10 more minutes while she finished massaging my legs and feet with lotion. I wish I would’ve gotten my techs name because I would choose to have her EVER TIME! She took such pride in her work and took such time getting my nails on my feet and hands done so nicely, I really felt pampered when I left! I have ALWAYS came to this salon bc I live so close to Big Rapids and I have a great experience every time I come! I even made an appointment for Monday to get my eyebrows micro-bladed and I can’t wait!

The lady I had was very rough with my nails seemed to be in a rush and was doing them quickly and inefficiently and I ended up having to come back the next day because one of my nails already chipped off and the last two previous sets had not come off or broke for 3 weeks. When I came back the next day to get my nail fixed I sat for at least 45 minutes for a quick nail fix that took about 10 minutes. Just took my nails off and I’m very nervous that this is fungus.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking they value their customers or the health of their customers nails. I gave this place a good chance, I’ve been three times now only to be disappointed. First of all, no materials are cleaned between clients. Also, if you make an appointment, except to still wait 25 to 30 minutes before getting your nails done. My experience: The first time was okay, the second time one of my nails went slimy that afternoon so I had to go back and get it fixed, although they couldn’t get the colour right so I had a different coloured nail for 2 weeks, that same time, the top coat on one of my nails peeled off after a week. The third time I went, I asked for French tip, and once I had paid I took a look and realized they were a lot thicker than the photo I had shown. I asked to have them fixed and the artist rudely said “no. you’re done” and actually gestured with her hands to shoo me away. That’s horrible customer service, I left feeling like crying! Needless to say, I won’t be coming back.

I am OBSESSED with my nails from OMG Nails! The red cat eye is absolutely gorgeous, and the details are flawless—from the crisp French tips to the adorable snowflake and candy-cane design. Everything is clean, precise, and perfectly shaped. They really took their time and brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. The quality and attention to detail are unmatched. Hands down one of my favorite sets ever—OMG Nails never disappoints!
