I have shopped Ulta in Frankfort since it opened. I have never been disappointed with my customer service everyone has always been helpful. If they do makeup application for special events that would be awesome. I know they do hair unsure about makeup. I don't patron any other store now for cosmetics.

I was just there and was completely lost, the employee named Hillary was the most helpful person, super friendly and knew the store like back of her hand. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find what I needed.

So we were shopping in this area and decided to take my wife and kiddos into the store and I was amazed... This place has just about every single option of perfumes and colognes, face mask peels to acne skin care and everything between and more... We went the day after Christmas and they had some decent sale items which is always nice... The service on the floor and at checkout was just right on point!!! Very well done management, keep it up

When Ulta first came to Frankfort; I was super excited. At the beginning the store provided good customer service. But the last couple of years shopping there, it’s been an uncomfortable experience. Not all, but most of the employees are rude, most of them ignore you, and act like you bother them with your questions. It’s just an uncomfortable experience to shop there.

Always love coming here, never had an issue until today. Tara was busy talking to her co worker about a story on being late for a good minute before she even started to check out my items. She also told me I couldn’t use my points today because I used a gift card. She told me, “you should have asked that first before swiping your gift card.” Mind you, I told her I was using said gift card as she was scanning my items and she never asked me if I wanted to use my points after giving her my number. The first thing that’s usually asked. Most rude encounter I’ve ever had here.
