no words can describe how awesome this nail bar is!!!! everyone is extremely friendly, booking appointments online is SO easy, and they’re all so talented!!! trianna and tommy own the salon, but they’re owners who are absolute perfection when it comes to it all!!! i tend to book my appointments with Trianna and Lucy, as they’re very gentle (i have sensitive nerves), clean, and nothing but super sweet, reliable, and absolutely amazing!!! i have been going here since summer of last year and ever since i met Trianna, i am so dead set on even having her do my nails for my marriage in the late fall!! i’ve even brought so many friends here and so many of my coworkers go as well, such an amazing place where you feel comfortable, relaxed, and absolutely spoiled ❤️

The nail work here is really good, and they do a great job delivering the look you want. My only feedback is around transparency and customer service. It would be helpful to have clearer pricing for each service so there are no surprises. In terms of service, small things can make a big difference—like greeting customers with full attention and asking if it’s okay to take a call before doing so. Every customer should feel valued and treated with the same level of care, not just those who might appear more likely to tip. With a few improvements, this place could easily be a five-star experience.

I’m sad to write this review as I really wanted to give this place a positive review. I went in yesterday and was happy they were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment. The guy who answered the phone was kind. When I got inside, the guy who checked me in was sniffling and very obviously sick. I didn’t think anything of it until I realized he was also the guy that was going to do my nails. During my appointment, he excused himself three times to go either blow his nose or cough. He was not even wearing a mask and it is my bad that I should’ve said something at this point, but I also don’t know how to be rude. There were a few points where I put my face on my arm/shoulder to try and not breathe the same air. This man should not have been working and touching people’s hands. The dip was good, but I also asked “do you not clean up the nails/dead skin in a dip?” And I was told I needed to ask specifically for a “dip manicure”. The dip was $46 so I’m unsure how much a “dip manicure” would be - I have just never seen it separated and although my nail looks nice, the skin around it is still gross. I will not return simply due to hygienic concerns.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and offered a complimentary drink, which was such a nice touch. The salon itself is spotless — everything feels so clean, organized, and relaxing. Trianna did an absolutely amazing job on my nails! She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I loved the final result. My nails turned out perfect — easily one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. The whole experience felt so professional yet comfortable, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Trianna and this salon to everyone I know! 💅✨

I have been nothing but happy since being recommended to BeU Nail Bar. Trianna, and Michelle are so talented and my Mom and I really enjoyed our visit!
