The service was amazing!! I was very picky about what I wanted but my nail artist did exactly what I wanted and it turned out even better than I expected! 10/10 would recommend. The people are very nice and easy going.

I’m very disappointed I went in on a Friday and once seated I showed the lady what I wanted she said she could do it but didn’t have the exact shade of chrome I wanted which I was ok with. After my fill she said she actually couldn’t do the design i wanted so i asked for a brown cat eye she told me rudely that it was out and so i said I would just do a solid chrome she rolled her eyes and acted like I was taking to long to decide but she didn’t give me much time to think. During the whole service she talked more to the client next to me and didn’t really try to talk to me she was more concerned with other clients and the music that was on and the people coming into the shop. She was not really looking at my nails while filing and nicked me. She did a base color on one hand and not the other hand she also did not top coat either hand. I came in on Monday to get my nails fixed as they were chipping because of the lack top coat. And the same lady who did my nail service told me to pick a color and after looking I chose to just do the chrome that was already on my nails and she told me no. I decided to leave at that point and go to another place. Very disappointed as my design was not that complicated, she had a very bad attitude, and was not willing to fix her mistakes.The gold was my inspo picture and the other is my nails as you can see my thumb is chipped away and it's starting to chip on my other nails.

I do not normally do this. But I do not want someone else to have the same experience as me. This was my first time visiting here. I had friends of mine recommend this place. I’m from Missouri so normally get my nails done there. But was in Quincy so thought I would try it out. I came in on Nov 23rd. It was the worst experience at a nail salon ever. I had previous nails on and just wanted it on my natural nail. So picked a color. Then they sat me down and put my hands in to soak. My hand soaked maybe a minute. Then she stuck this tool under my previous nail and started ripping them off. She got to my middle finger on my left hand and ripped off my natural nail with the previous tip I had on. I was bleeding and it hurt so bad. My finger is still sore. On top of this lady was very rude and the color I picked was gel which I did not know. So when I saw it was gel before she started. I asked if I could have dip instead. She was annoyed and told me to pick a new color. So I had to pick from the powders on the wall and I had no idea what they looked like. I just had to go with it. Then after two days I had already lost three of my nails. Now it has been over a week and I have only two left on. I am not hard on my nails. Do not recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I came in with a complicated design, and the woman doing my nails was patient and diligent to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Very friendly staff! A short wait from when I put in my appointment, but given the care and detail they put in with their clients, I think it was well worth it!

We were really disappointed with the services after spending over $130. Nails are crooked. The color is not what was requested and when questioning the technician they were not willing to change it to what was requested. The pedicure was ok. The pedicure technician was very nice. Unfortunately, we will not be returning customers.
