Angel Nails

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m specifically referring to the woman who did my pedicure today—I didn’t get her name, but I’ve never received such poor service or been treated the way I was treated here. I requested a gel pedicure with tips on my big toes only, since those nails break easily and are uneven. I was seated at a chair with no water in the bowl. After a couple of minutes she turned the water on, but it was cold. I mentioned this twice. That should have been the first red flag, but I let it go because it felt minor. The service seemed to be going smoothly at first. When she put the toe separators on and began preparing to polish, I reminded her that I wanted tips added to my big toes. That’s when everything went downhill. She pointed at my nails and said, “You don’t need tips, your nails are fine.” I repeated that I would like the tips added. She then yanked the toe separators off my feet, threw them into the foot bowl, and walked away. I was shocked. I said out loud, “You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to, but it is a service I’m requesting and paying for. If you can’t do it, then we can end the service. But I do not appreciate you pulling those off my feet like that.” She suddenly pretended not to understand me, and other employees began speaking to her in their language. She completed the service with an annoyed attitude. Another female employee said “sorry about that” on my way out the door after paying, but no apology from the employee herself or the owner who heard everything. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Peter does a amazing job! Which is sometimes hard to get him to get them done😏. Not sure if it's because they r always so busy. The crew😀 he has does great work also! I always walk out feeling great with their services!💯 I have my real nails painted! I would recommend them highly to do a great job!

I love this place!!! I’ve been going here for over 15 years! Lisa and Peter are the best! They are super nice and do a fantastic job! I will always come here! 😎

My mom and i came to get pedicures for my Birthday they didnt file or cut our nails, didnt do the bottoms of our feet! Basically paid for color n some lotion.. The ladies spoke to each other the whole time while ignoring us! Not impressed! Wont recommend

I love them Lisa definitely did her thing🥰 customer service was excellent. Made you feel welcome. Definitely will be going back five stars
