SERENE NAILS

She cut one side of my big toe and the other side is very painful so there might be a tear under the nail. It hurt like hell when she was doing it. I hope it’s not infected. Never have I ever had this happen in 25 years and I get a lot of pedicures. I’ve been there before and all the other technicians were great. This one was terrible

I was expecting better service from the reviews and having multiple patrons they had during a weekday. I was seated at the foot spa for 25mins (past my appointment time) before my nail tech started my pedicure. Who I assumed was the owner walked around replenishing items rather than talking to customers who were just waiting because every single person.. who came in with an apportionment had to wait for a tech during my 1.5+ he session. If no one is taken on time why even bother to take appointments? As for the mani pedi itself… the pedicure wasn’t clean and nice looking (color looked patchy) and the tech snipped multiple nails while doing my manicure that caused it to bleed.. and now scab over. Since the owner took over the top coat and final step of the No chip manicure I felt like she didn’t care and my hands weren’t well moisturized. Definitely better nail salons near us out there, who don’t make you wait and not make you feel like you could’ve done a better job at home with the nail painting. Oh and the door was left open during a VERY hot day so the AC was useless and what was on TV was a weird British Nurse show. Overall not the relaxing session I expect a nail appointment to be, which was disappointing.

i had such a lovely experience here!! my artist was so nice, we chatted about k-dramas and our kiddos, and she even suggested a more trendy and cute color combination than i had picked out. super happy with the results :)

Best place to get my nails done. Maya is professional, neat, clean and good care. Her regular polish lasts for 10 days. No chips lasts a month if I care my nails.
