I also love my nails I’ve gotten! I’ve ended up coming here twice. My nail tech had a lot of attention to detail, and as someone with a little bit of OCD, I greatly appreciate that.

Everyone at this shop was very sweet made me feel welcome and were so personable! 2025-12-20Pros- the receptionist is very sweet and attentive, salon is clean. Cons- our appt was at 1:30 and my sister was not serviced until 3 pm. It seems like they constantly overbook themselves. I am also aware that it happens sometimes, our issue was the lack of communication. It was like we were forgotten completely. I know patience is a virtue but not everyone has the time to be at a nail salon for over 4 hours. Our time is very valuable and we feel like anyone in the customer service industry should do their best to respect their customers time. I hope this review encourages management to not overbook themselves and be more efficient.
