I’ve been coming here for a while and have had several great sets done—I’ve attached a few photos! The staff is always kind and makes sure you’re taken care of. I really appreciate that the manager walks around to check on clients and actively engages with everyone. Recently, I had my first ever bad experience here. However, the person who did my nails offered a sincere apology, which meant a lot. It showed me that they genuinely care about customer service and quality. Everyone makes mistakes—it’s how you handle them that matters. That said, I absolutely love Linda! She’s incredibly talented, so sweet, and truly takes her time with every set. She won’t let you leave until she’s fully satisfied with her work. She’s also very open about pricing and will double-check with management if needed. If she’s available, I will always request her. 10/10 recommend! Overall—I highly recommend this salon to anyone considering it!

I decided to try a new nail salon and come here with some friends and get gel services. The prices were affordable and pretty good for today’s prices. My friends all good pretty good services, they rated a 4/5 & 5/5. However, I had the worst luck. I had a sweet, kind older woman do my nails and from the moment she began filing my nails, it felt like she had no prior nail experience, she was rough sanding my previous gel off without soaking, was improperly clipping my nails (just one quick clip and then ripping them off), and wasn’t filing my nails properly. The cuticle experience was unlike any other and she ended up having me bleeding on a few fingers. The gel application was patchy and completely messed up. I was so dumbfounded I couldn’t even speak up, I just decided it wasn’t worth the trouble to have her or anyone else fix it. I’m sure one of the other ladies doing my friends could’ve fixed it but I just decided to go to my usual nail salon no matter how far. That was one of the worst experiences I had, I’m just glad it didn’t cost more than it did it I definitely wouldn’t have paid a penny. For my experience alone would’ve been a 0/5, but for my friends it was a 4/5 and for that, I’ll give them a 2/5 just for the other ladies alone. I don’t remember that older lady’s name but if you see her, ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I also provided pictures just a reference on how bad mine was vs my friend. I just got a regular gel and it was bumpy and improperly applied

This was my first time at this salon, and I was sadly quite disappointed. My technician was very sweet, however I left with my cuticles bleeding, different colors on practically every nail from inconsistent applications, and very messy edges that look as if I painted my nails myself. Again, my technician was kind and tried to keep doing touch ups and redos, but it was at a point my fingers hurt and it was not something I was happy with.

I had such a great experience at Luxe Nail! My pedicure was done by Betty (aka Miss America) — she’s amazing! Funny, thorough, and clearly a pro at what she does. I absolutely loved how my feet turned out. Kim did my nails, and she was just as professional and talented. After moving here five months ago and trying three other salons, I’m so glad I finally found one that checks all the boxes. Highly recommend Luxe Nail — this is definitely my new go-to!

I have an injured foot and Betty was very accommodating! She took her time and was very careful to not cause any kind of pain. I had not been able to get a pedicure in over 3 months because of my injury but I decided to give Luxury Nails a try and it was well worth it. Betty also has a beautiful singing voice I will be back, Betty is stuck with me
