Phoenix Nails & Spa in Roswell

Most amazing experience! I had a friend recommend Phoenix to me, so we all came to get our nails done today. Not only was this the best set of acrylic nails I have ever had done, but we had amazing conversation and our nail technicians genuinely seemed interested in getting to know us. I cannot recommend Phoenix Nails & Spa enough!

The people at Phoenix are so nice. I always make an appointment with Tammy ahead of time if possible, and she does a great job! She shapes my nails really well, helps me choose polish and chrome if needed, and is very detailed. She’s also so pleasant to chat with, and that makes the time go quickly! I’m happy with both the time it takes and the price.

Me and 3 co workers made appointments for a Sunday at noon. We quickly got in at seated. I felt like we were being treated as royalty walking in. The place is beautiful inside and the massage chairs don’t beat you up during a massage…. It was actually relaxing! Will definitely be back!

First time at this nail salon and I’m very impressed! Steven did an amazing job on my nails — he was detail-oriented, professional, and made sure I was happy with the final result. I’ll definitely be coming back!

🚨HORRIBLE! THE REVIEWS WILL FOOL YOU! DONT BE SCAMMED!🚨 I went today to get a an overlay and when I tell you my nails look like I did them at home! I FaceTimed my sister and she bust out laughing immediately. Mind you I’m going on a trip tomorrow so I’m so UPSET. The shape and length of my nails don’t match on each finger. Each hand as you see looks totally different. I told them I was unhappy and the manager Tammy had the biggest attitude. She then proceeded to lecture me in front of the staff and customers. It was so embarrassing and unprofessional. She told me overlay doesn’t mean shape them and make them even which I’ve never heard of. Why would I come to a nail salon to get uneven poorly shaped nails. Very disappointed and a waste of my money!
