2025-11-12I don’t usually complain on social media but let me just say I got my finger nails done for $65 at Sophia nails in moultrie and I have never been more disappointed. I had my nails done for only 3 days and then they started popping off. I went to the shop to get one redone before I went on my trip and they did it with no problems which I was so happy about. Well on the first day of my trip my thumb nail falls off. On the second day another thumbnail falls off. It wasn’t even a week into having the nails and three had fallen off. When I got back to Adel I itched my face and TWO popped off. So, I called and told them my frustration and they fixed the nails that were messed up A DAY LATER THREE NAILS POP OFF. So at this point I have given up wasting gas just to fix the nails. I feel as though I deserve some kind of compensation considering I have pictures and time stamps. I am grateful they offered to fix them each time but this would be my THIRD time going back up there just to get them fixed.
