My mom and I have come here multiple times before and the experience is always nice! We normally always get SNS, sometimes a pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. Just like last time, the nails came out really well and our stylists were nice. Karen especially always does my eyebrows amazingly 🤩

Honest Experience at Vibe Nail Bar I’ve been to Vibe Nail Bar three or four times after being referred by someone, but my most recent visit on November 12th pushed me to finally speak up. Before my service started, I specifically asked for the price because anyone who gets designs knows you have to ask upfront these days. I was told $85–$95. The design I wanted was very simple, and I was charged $85 plus an additional $15 for the design. Price wasn’t the issue — I paid it. The quality was the problem. Just two days later, my nails already looked yellowish, my natural nails were visible underneath, and I could literally see cracks. My cuticles looked unkept and the overall appearance looked like they had been done over a week ago — not two days. I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and this was not normal. On November 15th, my right middle finger nail broke. I didn’t hit it, bend it, or do anything out of the ordinary (I work a desk job). I called and went back to have it fixed. The person who helped me was extremely nonchalant and said, “What do you want me to do about it?” When I showed him pictures of the discoloration and cracks, he told me it was “normal” because the nails were “dry.” Even if that were true, I’ve never had nails look like that so soon after a fresh set. Then on November 21st, my left middle finger nail broke. I didn’t even bother calling at that point because I was already frustrated. Today, November 25th, my right index nail lifted completely — and I mean lifted like there was no glue holding it at all. I simply touched it and it popped up. Let’s be real — getting your nails done is expensive now. Most of us aren’t paying $100+ for mediocre work. I also tipped both techs because I understand what they actually take home isn’t what the salon charges. But the service still needs to match the price. What makes this even more disappointing is knowing that the “majority” of nail salon clientele are Black women, yet the quality, professionalism, and care we receive doesn’t reflect that. We consistently support businesses that do not support us — and that part is hard to ignore. This review isn’t written lightly. But it’s unacceptable to pay premium prices and receive nails that break within days, look weeks old after 48 hours, and then be dismissed when you come back for help. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because people deserve better for the amount of money we spend.

Been here a few times. Nails and pedicures always come out good with everyone I have had so far. Its become my go to spot.
