Long Read: Dissapointed PROS: called for a party of four, 1 hr before and they were able to take us. The environment looked clean and pretty. Ambiance was well and calm. All our techs were nice and polite. CONS: The SMELL hit hard as you walked in. We all had an idea of what we wanted but not a single one of us actually got what we wanted. The pricing is in our opinion NOT REASONABLE for what the results were. :( One of us got snipped by the drill bit and bled on cuticle on each hand. Another one of us has a few nails where there is a gap between the cuticle and nail as if almost a week retention already. And the application was very splotchy. The nails or mainly apex were rather thick and not shapened correctly (There was also a language barrier with this tech. He has to of been an apprentice, because ain't no way.) We all compared and in general the shaping of our nails are SUPER lumpy or uneven. There is a difference between oval or round and almond. They are very egged shaped. (Personally, I asked my tech to fix a few things a few times and in the end just gave up because I did not feel I should need to ask that many times on that many things.) One of the sisters said "THEY LOOK GOOD BUT ONLY FROM AFAR. VERY FAR" and we all unanimously felt the same. TOTAL COST FOR 4 PPL INCLUDING 15% TIP WAS RIGHT AT ABT $300 (all 4 got medium almond shaped acrylic set). NGL I would not pay more than $160 for the final product received. SUCH SIMPLE NAILS FOR SO MUCH MONEY T_T Respectfully, first and last time here and do not recommend! We in general had a bad experience and as the one who paid just wanted to get out of there. P.S- pls work on sanitation. The nail files were laid thick in white from filing obviously previous clients.

ABSOLUTELY LOVEDD my nails ! They are respectful and very friendly! listened to exactly what I wanted and was a calm environment over all. 5/5 stars will be coming back !🫶

Ugh, I can't say enough good things about this salon. I got a gel manicure/pedicure and the ladies did such a great job and were so friendly and attentive. I felt so welcomed and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. I'll be going back soon!

Emily did an amazing job on my pedicure. I feel like she really went above and beyond and was very kind. On the other hand, I didn’t care for Lin. She did my gel manicure. It felt like she rushed and the entire time she was trying to get me to spend more money. I found her irritating. She didn’t use primer on my nail and I asked her to use primer on my nails and I left with nail polish on my skin.
