I just got my nails done here and I am absolutely impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and very detail-oriented. My nail tech took her time to shape every nail perfectly and the crystal design came out stunning , even better than what I expected. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. You can really tell they care about their work and their customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful, high quality nails. I will definitely be coming back! 💅✨

Prior to coming in today I called and asked who was working because there is actually some really nice nail art on their Instagram and Facebook. I told them that I just wanted to have one of the more experienced nail techs work on my nails. . When I got there I was put with a gentleman that (don’t get me wrong, was trying his best) but he cannot do nail art. Firstly, I asked for gel-x and the man looked at me like I was crazy and cut all my natural nail off & applied acrylics The design was meant to be accent stars on French tips. I didn’t get to pick colors and when he pulled out a weird neon yellow/green, I had to tell him that was nothing like the color I wanted or the picture looked like. Mind you I don’t like confrontation or having someone have to change something. It gives me such bad anxiety. Then the stars were shaky and just didn’t look nice, so I told him nicely that I just didn’t think that was going to work and if I could have a second to think. I asked if we could go back to the other design I liked instead with pink and green stripes for a tip instead. Instead of shaving off the previous polish, he started going over the first color. Then in the middle I was passed to another girl. She straightened the French look up, but shaved down the prior polish on my left hand but not my right. So on one hand you can see black all on the edge and it’s super chunky and underneath and the other is flat and just the green. She then put the lowest amount of effort into trying to make a stripe or even find a way we could make something happen that was similar if it couldn’t be the same. I ultimately just asked them to stop and just leave the regular tip because I was not happy and I didn’t feel like anyone really cared about giving me a decent service or cared about me actually liking my nails. Now I have to go somewhere else to pay someone to not only take them off, but actually give me anything at all closely related to what I wanted. The lady didn’t clean up the underneaths of my nails or the residue anywhere from the acrylic, nor did I get cuticle oil. Nor did they say I could go wash my hands. I had to excuse myself to the restroom. It’s a shame because I was genuinely looking forward to their work, but instead was met with a shop that didn’t really care about new clientele. I work in the service industry and this isn’t how you treat customers. If I would have had a good experience, I definitely would have been a regular. Don’t give people designs they can’t do and if you can’t do something, just say so instead of trying to take people’s money. Please. $56 down the drain.

They stay very busy, but I do have to give them that they are really good at what they do when it comes down to given what the customer asked for. Cindy did my nails and she did such an awesome job. I love them 🫶🏽❤️

oh my goodness! these nails are AMAZING. everyone in the salon was very nice and all of them are well skilled! 10/10 recommend!

Found my new nail studio! This place is huge and they had alot of customers but they also had PLENTY of working staff. I had a pedicure, acrylic nails & eyebrow waxing with zero wait time. Staff was super attentive and my nails turned out super dreamy. I highly recommended this place. They deserve to be Rome’s new best of the best!
