UPDATE 12/10/25: Spent $60+ on my emerald chrome nails and was told that it'd last about 3 weeks! The color is already beginning to wear/chip on the tips and its only been 4 days!!! What happened to quality?!😔Very disappointed and upset having paid over $100 (total) just for my nails to chip after a few days!!!😒😩 I changed my rating in lieu of this. 12/06/25: I came in around 1:30 PM on Saturday, 12/6/25, and was pleasantly surprised to find out I was their 1st customer of the day—VIP treatment unlocked! 😄 Cris greeted me warmly, got me settled, and started on my emerald green chrome nails while Thao—super focused and detail-oriented—worked on my toes. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with Cris; she really feels like the heart of the place with how warm and welcoming she is! When Thao finished my pedicure, I LOVED the results! My feet practically looked brand-new, LoL! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better service experience. The only thing that felt 'off-putting' was the awkward hovering during checkout when the tip screen came up—sheesh, very uncomfortable. Even so, I’d still recommend this spot without hesitation. The work is high-quality, the staff is personable and friendly, and the place is clean with a relaxing vibe. Thank you so much Cris and Thao! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you!

The service was the best ever people were super sweet I been getting my nails done for 40 yrs and this company by for the greatest my nails were done by Chris I love her personality she was absolutely amazing I can honestly say I will go back with my girls

Mrs. Cris did an amazing job on my nails! I walked in with no nails due to having issues biting/peeling mine…. Mrs.Cris turned my nails beautiful! She directed me in the right direction in choosing a color, and she was very friendly. The entire atmosphere was wonderful. Everyone was talking, and it was very relaxing. Deonie did my toes and it was heavenly! I have never had my feet/toes done. It was super relaxing. She massaged feet& calves. Very gentle and applied the right pressure! 10/10 will be going again!!

This place is wonderful! The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is so welcoming, Ivy and the staff always provide amazing service. I always leave happy and will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very nice and treated us like family. I felt like VIP in there 😂 I highly recommend and they did such a wonderful job on my nails and feet. ANTHONY YOU ARE THE BEST! I love how my nails and toes came out! IVY Thank you so much for the hospitality. And also Cris was amazing as well. I wish I could take them back to Charlotte with me! 10/10 across the board 💕
