Old nail polish or lamp. Had to go back three times for them just to change the color altogether because they refused to accept the fact that something was wrong. The polish wouldn’t dry underneath. Then the staff tried to “caution” me to delete my pictures, but certainly didn’t offer an apology. There are better places with better customer service.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 5 years, but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be back. What’s the point of asking “How was your service?” if honest feedback isn’t taken seriously? I wasn’t trying to make a big deal about my nails, but when the front desk staff asked, I shared that my French tip looked a little messy/uneven and politely asked if they could compensate or take something off since I didn’t have time to wait for a repair. (French tip is additionally $20). Instead, I was told no and rushed to pay. Disappointing after so many years of coming here. However, Mary did a great job with my pedicure.

I’m extremely disappointed. It hasn’t even been a week since my GEL manicure and every single nail is chipped or peeling on the sides. This isn’t the first time either, I’ve been coming here for a while and somehow I never leave happy. To make things worse, I was cut badly on my big toe during my pedicure, and it’s been painful to even walk or wear shoes. On top of that, the color I picked (which THEY had displayed) wasn’t even available, so they made me get up mid-pedicure to choose another one. Completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.

I always come to Pulse to get my nails done because they are the BEST with designs! Mimi is my favorite nail tech because she’s so detailed and I can depend on her to deliver! She went above and beyond for my latest design!
