Happy Nails

It's been 4 weeks and these trash artificial fan like lashes are still attached caked with black glue almost like bonding and has snatched 70% of my lashes off. I wanted to give this place a chance but it's over priced and poor quality. My eyebrow tint as someone else mentioned was already fading the same day and to charge $30 crazy work and it was not raining

Was visiting Albany and decided to get a pedicure to relax and kill time before Dinner.. first the place beds a good cleaning there's dust everywhere yet they make you buy a mask 😷. The girl doing my feet argued with " Kevin" my whole service he called about 3 times .. my polish was messy nail jagged on the corners and the acrylic tip she fixed cracked about 2 hours after we left there . the other young lady did my partners feet and they ended up feeling like sand paper because it was in worse condition than when he started and yes he gets regular Pedi's twice a month just like I do . Keep your money this place is horrible !!

I have been coming here for 10+ years now. Usually, it's for my lashes, which Carey always does an amazing job. This time I got my nails done, where Koon did an amazing job, using the dip powder for my acrylic nails! I've never been more satisfied than with the services I receive here. They are all true professionals who exceed at what they do! Guys, thanks so much!!!❤️

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! I’ve had bad experiences with them in the past but gave them one more for my Vegas trip. Aside from the horrible job at ombré nails, a nail broke the night I got them done. I left for Vegas early the next morning so I was unable to go in to get it repaired. Over the course of 6 days, 2 more nails broke. I went in today to get them repaired, as I just got back in, and they told me because I didn’t call when it broke, (It was at night and I was on a flight at 8 am the next day), that I was financially responsible to get them repaired. It hasn’t even been a full WEEK since I got them done. My issues with them before were with my nails breaking quickly, so it seems to be that they just don’t know how to do nails properly or just don’t care. Would not recommend (except for pedicures, the black nail tech always does a great job!!)

I am from out of town and brought my family member to this establishment for services. Now I am not opposed to wearing mask for everyone's safety. But, I must say if wearing a mask to obtain services is what is required , I would think the person rendering services would wear the mask appropriately. Mask are to be worn covering the nose, not under the nose. Make it make sense!
