Versailles

I’ve been going to Versailles for about 12–13 years, and Denize has become my trusted stylist. I switched from my former stylist (who’s now at home with her kiddos) and was hesitant to change. Denize was incredibly patient as I experimented with a few different directions before we landed on the exact style I’ve always loved. She took the time to listen to my goals, explained the options, and checked in throughout the process. The cut and color are precise, the styling is effortless, and she recommended products and a maintenance routine that keeps everything looking fresh between visits. The studio environment was comfortable and clean, and booking with her is always smooth. If you’re particular about your look and want someone who will take the time to get it right, Denize is the person to see!

I went in for the first time and brought a picture of the haircut I wanted and got a cut totally the opposite then in the middle of my haircut the girl told me I will be right back and came back with a co worker. She was afraid to touch my head and showed her coworker what she believed to be lice. It was not lice it was a dry scalp. I was livid and embarrassed the way it was handled. Will never go back.

Stephanie was AWESOME! Came in for a trim and highlights to liven up my dull hair and I am so so happy with the results. The salon itself was also super clean and gorgeous and everyone was so nice. Can’t wait to return!

Jeanette is an excellent stylist and colorist. I’ve been a client for more than 8 years and I’m happy to have found someone who not only knows hair, but is consistent, personable and professional. She is the Best!

I have never received such an awful experience and horrible haircut in my life!! I called for a haircut and they clearly said it was wash, haircut and styling for 65 dollars, they booked me with Denise. She was very unsympathetic and didn’t even bother to give you knowledge on anything of your hair. I would ask her questions and she would just answer very short with yes or no answers. You would think the first thing they would do is wash your hair before a cut, but Denise just went in and cut my hair dry. She left me with my hair shorter than what I asked for and uneven, especially my front framing pieces and very thick feeling, nothing blended at all. Once she finished cutting my hair, she didn’t even styled it or asked me if I was okay with how my haircut turned out she just brought me straight to the register and that was it. (And yes I still tipped her) I’m so upset at this place and I honestly I won’t be coming back.
