Mood on 10th Salon

My hair looks and feels amazing! I cut my hair with Morgan, and she assessed and gave me advice about how much I should cut and did my cut better than picture. The environment was warm and welcoming and even though it was my first time, I had so much fun!

Went in and Morgan gave me a blowout!! She gave such great advice about hair care/tips and hooked me up with some great products!! My hair is feeling much healthier and softer thanks to her!! Had a great experience 10/10 would recommend! :))

Perla has done an amazing job with my nails! I always look forward to my nail appointments as she is friendly and attentive. I get so many compliments on my nails and I always leave the salon feeling good! I’ve been searching for a good nail tech for some time now and Perla is 100% the one I will continue to go back to!

I went to Mood a few weeks ago and had my hair cut and styled by Morgan. Following the appointment, Morgan continued to follow up with me and give me several product recommendations to help with my hair goals. After using these product for a couple of weeks now, I can say that she nailed my goals in my mind. My hair has never felt healthier or had so much shine. Aside from the product recommendations, Morgan did a wonderful job in the salon. Not only does she provide exceptional service, but she helped provide to the welcoming atmosphere at Mood. I will definitely be going back to Morgan for any styling, coloring, or product recommendations!!

Worst Salon Experience Ever – Save Yourself and Your Hair! I can't even begin to express how disastrous my visit to this salon was. I went in for a simple blowout and a trim to achieve a V-shape—something I thought would be straightforward—but it ended up being a complete nightmare. From the start, my stylist, Hailey, butchered my hair with uneven chops and sloppy cuts. Her technique was terrible—starting with a rushed blowout and poorly sectioned hair. After a botched attempt, I was handed off to Latoya, who somehow made things even worse. Instead of helping me achieve the look I wanted, my hair ended up uneven, lifeless, and nothing like the polished style I requested. When I pointed out the disaster, instead of owning up to their mistakes, they tried to gaslight me, insisting that my hair looked fine. I was told the cut was "exactly what I asked for," which was not true at all. They waived the fee, but that didn’t make up for the fact that I was treated poorly and disrespected. There was zero accountability for leaving my hair in such a state. To make matters worse, Latoya started cutting without even confirming the style with me, making everything worse. I didn’t ask for a shorter cut, yet that’s exactly what I got. This salon has no regard for its clients or their time. They tried to justify their mistakes by waiving the fee, but I’m left feeling embarrassed, unsatisfied, and wrong for not speaking up more. This was a Christmas gift to myself, and it turned into a total disappointment. If you value your hair and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They couldn’t even get a simple haircut right, and their customer service was appalling. I will never return.
