Cutee Nails

This was my second and last time here. I really wanted to love this place because Tony is so nice. I came in the day after Mother's Day since I have a newborn and wanted to avoid the crowds. I had my old set removed and asked for an overlay over my natural nails. I asked if he could clean up my cuticles, which was an extra charge, and I left with cuts on 3 fingers :/ He did apologize, but I feel like I shouldn't have been charged to cut my cuticles after he cut me on 3 fingers. I paid $90 for this, and 2 days later, my fingers are still burning. I'm disappointed that I allowed him to still charge me extra after cutting me. Attaching photos below. Again, Tony was great, but I won't be coming back. Hoping the tools he used were actually sterilized.
