2025-12-12I’ve come to Top Care Nail a handful of times and my nails always come out looking great. The ladies are so nice and they pay great attention to detail. I showed them a photo for inspiration (red cat eye) and they made it happen! Their gel manicures hold up very well. I look forward to treating myself to nail appointments here!

2025-08-10Quiet, relaxing, professional, friendly. I did not have an appointment and walked in for a pedicure. Waited about 15 min and Rose started on my feet, putting me at ease right away. They didn’t offer any water as I took my seat. But this place was quiet and relaxing and they treat every customer with respect. Rose did an amazing job on my pedicure. I chose the Top Care pedicure. I enjoyed the 7 minute added massage but wish the hot stone part was longer. She only used the stones for about 30 seconds. I will be returning.

2025-10-08Terrible service! Will not return to this salon. I asked for a simple polish change because this was the second time the polish was sticky.. they said there’s nothing they can do they don’t know what I put on my nails. I put nothing on my nails they were sticky the next day. This place is not worth your money there are much better salons in the area. They are friendly if you are there spending money but don’t go back to tell them something is not right because they don’t care. Terrible customer service. They also cut me while cutting my nails. Such a terrible experience. Response: this was not 1 week I came to you the 5th day because just as you said I went on a trip, therefore I couldn’t come back in within 3 days. You never even explained your policy you just kept saying there’s nothing we can do, we don’t know what you put on your nails as if it was my fault. My nails were sticky the next day. I believe you were wrong to not replace my polish. I paid for a service that was not right and you blamed me. It’s ok I will never support your business again. Terrible customer service.

2025-11-14I have been going to top care for years, and it is always a 10/10 experience. Trina is the BEST. My gel manicures last 3 weeks with no chipping. Everyone here is kind and professional and I recommend them to all of my friends. Salon is also very clean and well kept at all times.
