Came in for a walk in appointment and was not disappointed! Absolutely lovely customer service, Mrs. Kayla made me and my cousin feel right at home. Annie worked on my nails and the shape is stunning. She took her time while filing into the long coffin shape, which I greatly appreciated. It was a warm day out and all the staff were attentive even bringing me water 3 times without needing to ask. Overall amazing service, great quality, fair prices, and she trimmed my natural nails and cuticles without having to request to. I am definitely coming back to 77 Nail + Lash

I came on mother's day and had 2 unfortunate firsts at this establishment- 1. I had my nails done by someone with an active, itchy, flaky, ringworm looking rash on their forehead, they were scratching it with flakes flying everywhere and then touching me without using gloves and immediately after leaving I developed 2 flaky, scaly, itchy rashes on my hands that I've been trying to treat ever since. Secondly, I've never had the nail dust hit off my hands....like literally she used her hands to slap the dust off my hands, it wasn't effective or pleasant...I was insulted and startled by the lack of cleanliness or care at this business and will never return. She did not know what she was doing and eventually the owner had to take over. I came there to end what should have been a lovely mother's day and I did not leave happy or relaxed. I hate that it's hard for black women to be treated with respect or care when our time and money is exactly the same and just as important as everyone elses. I called before coming and they told me they had availability and time yet when they told the lady with the rash on her forhead she had to do me next, she literally ranted and raved and argued for 5 minutes straight before plastering a fake smile on her face and ruining my day, messing up my nails and sharing her infection with me. Apparently it was the owners birthday/mother's day and while I appreciate her saving my nails, it was hard to enjoy my time and decompress from a long day with my kids, with her son dragging his body all over the filthy floors and distracting her with questions and requests throughout my appointment, until her father picked him up. She was also insinuating that I somehow owed her extra for coming there and receiving services during her birthday, as if I had not called and asked before I came and been told to come!! Everyone besides me was offered and received a glass of champagne, to add insult to literaly injury. It was a horrible experience and I will never return. They also talked crap about all the other nail salons in the area, including the one I usually go to. I decided not to return after the 2nd unprompted rude remark about other nail salons in the city. Horrible business practices all around.

love! asked if i needed water, gave freebies and always fixed anything i needed with no issues. i got annie and she's so sweet!! did so good with the nails

I have been getting my nails done by Kayla for a while now, and she never seems to disappoint. I attached a few photos of nails I’ve gotten here. Everyone is so welcoming and nice and they are great at their job. I recommend completely!

I had such a great experience! The nail service was excellent — very clean, detailed and beautifully done. Cindy was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I love how my nails turned out — exactly what I wanted! Definitely recommend 💅✨
