Posh Nail

I’ve exclusively gone to Posh Nails in Blandon for about 1.5 years now and I’ll never need another salon. Sophia, Hannah, and Sheila reliably deliver whatever gel or dip powder manicure requests I have and they always fit in an appointment on the day I need! Sophia, especially, is detailed-oriented yet FAST and I’ve never had a nail technician completely deliver the shape I ask for on the first try the way she does. My husband has even tagged along for a basic mani/pedi upon special events/vacations and they treat him professionally and respectfully. There is another technician that removed my previous dip/soaked my nails and her efile continuously BURNED, and I don’t think their basic pedicure is worth the investment vs a spa or treatment pedicure, but between Posh’s prices, reliable dip/gel manicures, ease of booking an appointment, and convenient location I’d recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors!

It was a very relaxing, wonderful time. I was a walk-in & they took me right away, had soothing music, interesting show on the TV with a great view for the clients, very nice & polite workers. And they were NOT on their cell phones at all! I definitely recommend it!

I have been going there for a little over two years . Last time I was there my nails weren’t done correctly. I had to sit and wait over an hour to get them fixed . Recently called again to make appt owner told me I wasn’t allowed back because I didn’t tip them . I think that’s a little ridiculous! Out of all the times I’ve gone there and spend my money ! The one time I don’t tip because I wasn’t to happy about it you dismiss me from your nail place! I didn’t know it was mandatory to tip!!!!! I’ve always done so because I choice to . For those friends I recommend there they will no longer step foot in your business! And I will let this be known . Good luck .

Great service, nice nail tech! Did a great job on my nails but also gave short shoulder massage while waiting for nails to dry. Fantastic! Will come back.

I have been going to Posh Nails for over eight years. First from the previous owners and then from Sophia and her husband. Sophia has been doing my nails for at least five years and I have never had a problem. I was in today and someone named Sherry Cheryl or something that was a nail tech started my nails because Sophia had overlapped my appointment. Wouldn’t have been a problem. However, the girl that was taking my nail Cheryl or Sherry or whatever was using the Dremel type tool to scrape the old powder finish off. I told her she was burning my nails. It was too hot. As she continued, I pulled my finger away and said you’re burning me. To which she said to me, don’t pull your finger away like that I could cut you. I said your burning me and her answer was well that happens. At this point, I said I’m waiting for Sophia. Don’t touch my nails anymore. When Sophia was finally available to do my nails, I told her that I expected an apology from the other girl. Her response was no way! My experience what I took away was it doesn’t matter what the customer says it doesn’t matter if the customer is being hurt. Very appalling to me that the owner would back down to a technician that they hired who refused to apologize. So my take away on that is suck it up you won’t be listened to, and it is part of the process that it will burn your fingers when they are stripping the powder from a prior manicure. Again, this is coming from someone who has been a customer there for Eight years and never Had this kind of issue. Needless to say, they lost a longtime customer by supporting the nail tech over the customer.
