2025-05-04Awful customer service went in for a refill and pedicure and my daughter got gel on her toes and nails. $100 plus $25 tip. My nails were just 2 weeks grown out told them just fill and gel polish. I left with thick nails cut uneven. Returned today asking if they could please fix them. They refused. Issued my 30 for my fill and told me they couldn't fix their mess up. Now I have to go someplace else to have them fix my nails. Awful experience would never return.

2025-06-30I have been going for like 8 years I think at this point and I will never go anywhere else. They are the absolute best and can do any nail design/idea you show them. I am getting ready to move over an hour away in October and will still make the drive to go here. The loyalty runs deep over here. Best nail salon in Chesco.

2022-06-28Was not too happy with how my nails turned out for my first visit. I called day of to get an appointment. They were busy but did fit me in so that was super nice of them. Unfortunately, that seemed to be the main problem. All the girls working there were super rushed. The girl that did my nails was not paying close enough attention to what she was doing. One hand turned out okay (green arrows). The other hand had very obvious buldges because the polish just was not evenly applied (red arrows). I do not think I will be returning to this place. If I'm going to pay +$35 for nails to be done, I want them done carefully and correctly. If I do decide to give them another shot, I will probably try for a non-busy time.
