**update this is my 4th or 5th time. The amount of patience she has and the details she puts into making the nails last long and look good at the same time ♡ got halloween nails and took her advice. Love the look cant wait till my next color and design adventure. I also got my lashes done too. She took the time to have me come back in do a different technique to make sure my stubborn eye lashes stayed in place. Highly recommend Thank you !!!! This place is amazing! My first time here she was very detailed, very sweet, it's a calm energy here, she takes her time with you. She explained the difference between builder gel and gel to me. This is like a one-stop shop! I can't wait to come back and get other services done here. I wanted to thank you so much for not judging me for not knowing much about nails and taking your time with me to explain the treatment. I will be telling others about you and bringing my kids with me!. Very affordable prices! When I come with friends we will try out the 🍸 drink package you have for pedicures !!

I had such a great experience at this nail spa! My nail tech was incredibly friendly and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. I’m absolutely obsessed with how my nails turned out — the colors are vibrant, the little floral designs are adorable, and the quality is amazing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for both great service and beautiful work!

I am very disappointed with my nails. I will give her some credit because the application is very good, but I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do it. I even said, “If not, it’s okay.” She was pretty cocky and said, “Oh yea, I can do that. It’s gonna be expensive, $125.” I said okay, and she even asked, “Are you sure?” I said yes, because I thought she could actually do them. I trusted her since I had seen the reviews and they looked promising. I’m just disappointed with what I got compared to what I wanted. The picture I showed had clean black French tips and big, detailed 3D flowers. What I got looks very different—the flowers are small and uneven. For the price, I expected something much closer to the inspiration photo. The first picture is what i wanted that she said she can do and the second is what i got.

I’ve been to Lin twice now. Once for a full set/pedi and then a fill for acrylics. Each time has been excellent. I am so happy I found her! The salon is very clean and she is extremely detail oriented. She makes it clear she takes pride in her work. She is also very easy to schedule with. I look forward to coming back again for a fill very soon. Thank you, Lin! :)

I had a 12 PM pedicure appointment, and when I arrived, the technician was busy and asked if I wanted to reschedule — which was completely unacceptable since I had an appointment. A male employee ended up doing part of the service. He barely soaked my feet, gave a rushed massage, and wrapped my legs in hot towels that felt like they were burning my skin. My leggings (pulled up to my knees) were soaked with water. The technician seemed frustrated that I didn’t agree to reschedule. Then, when I checked out, she told me the price was $55, even though the website clearly lists the pedicure at $29. The last time I was there, she claimed that was a “grand opening special” and that she was taking the website down — yet the website is still up with those prices. ( screenshot below) There is also no price list posted anywhere in the salon. It truly feels like the prices are made up on the spot. Ask for the price upfront before getting any service, because it’s definitely not consistent. Overall, a very disappointing experience. If I could give this salon -5 stars, I would.
