ORGANIC NAILS & SPA LLC

Went for a gel pedicure…beyond horrible experience. The tech was inattentive and very distracted. He did not trim cuticles/dry skin, sloppy polish job (nails not fully covered to the edges) and nails cut/filed uneven. Questioning the hygiene protocols of this salon as well. After multiple attempts to politely voice my concern to him he seemed bothered; I finally gave up. I usually tip well for good service but left him with $0 tip. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer care should be basic expectations — sadly, none were met. I received a survey from the salon after and filled it out as in this review but have not received anything back in 4 days. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Had some time to kill while traveling and needed to get my nails done. Took a chance and walked in to Organic Nails and was not disappointed. Had a lovely lady who did a fantastic job.

Honestly, it's probably the worst nail Salon in the area. I've been to PA nails, BU nails, Ruby's (my personal favorite, but I had to pass time today and did a walk-in, in buckhorn)and I definitely think this place is the worse. 4 out of ten nails and messed up and crooked the lady I had was rude and had to remove my one nail after just putting it on because she cut it way too short and tried to tell me by filing it, it would match, it was visibly much shorter than the other hand. I walked out with some pink color because when I said clear with gold glitter…she first brought over bright red, and then bright yellow and I just told her to leave it with clear. She then proceeded to put pink on them I was so fed up and done at this point, I was in pain there was no communication, just bad customer service or care…. The acrylic and gel nail polish is all over my fingers and flooded my cuticle so they will most likely lift in the matter of days. On top of all this I have cuts from the files… files themselves looked very old and over used as she kept getting my nail stuck on the inside for the file. With the block file she was very aggressive and file my knuckle not the one by the nail.. the very first one by my hand now it’s all red and burns. So overall the worse money I spent on nails

My nails remain in good condition between each fill appointment and she is always up to a new design idea. Tee provides great service!

Tee is an expert and has been doing nails for 35 years. I highly recommend her if you want a perfectly done set of acrylic nails.👌✨💅🏻
