2025-10-25Stopped in on a Saturday bc I was in the area. They were full but got me in fast. I sat at #10. The guy is VERY heavy handed. Flinched a few times while he was drilling. Before he started, he asked if I wanted to same color on my nails which was a nude color. I said yes. When he went to paint, the color was nothing close to what I had. When I asked if they had a nude color, NOT clear, he got up and just threw the colors in front of me and started looking at his phone. I picked a color close to nude and he tried it, which I didn’t like. When I asked to try another one, he huffed. When I asked again, for a nude, he said what I’m looking at is all they had. Since they use the DND polish, I asked if they had 2 specific colors by name/number. He said no. I was getting ready to leave without them being polished but asked if I could go look myself at the polishes on the wall and I found a nude pink that was close to the one I came in with that WASN’T on the color ring he threw at me. I could tell he was irritated by the time I picked the color and he rushed thru painting my nails and didn’t even let them fully cure under the light. He barely looked up from his phone when he was done “painting” them to ask if I wanted oil on my cuticles. I can agree with the other reviews about them being rude b/c I experienced it first hand

2025-07-17Save yourself the frustration! Very poor customer service! Rude! They charge you two dollars to use your card. Went in for a pedicure manicure and fill in! Took a hour to get a pedicure he did an amazing job! The lady Julia I requested started a lash set why I’m waiting smh never acknowledged me

2025-07-19My daughter always comes here and literally had the worst experience ever today. Cost $50 for a pedicure that they didn’t even put lotion and massage like they normally do. The nails weren’t even shaped right just horrible take $105 for something that looks like shit. Don’t recommend going here.
