2025-10-10Great experience. Expressed to the nail tech I had anxiety and she was very gentle and kind. I keep my nails very short and just get a shellac polish. Typically techs just rush through leaving my nails almost bumpy and polish on my skin, but she took her time. You could tell she cared ♥️ will be back!

2025-09-04Picture with the black gloves was my reference and the one in the car is my nails. I asked for a nude pink and got white. And was told the reference is white. This was my first time getting acrylic so I wasn't going to question it. They didn't turn out bad just not the color I wanted going in. When I brought up color during the nail process it was met with a lot of hesitation as well. 4/5 stars as I'm hoping to go again and maybe get a different person. EDIT* Yeah, no, don't go here. Nails came off a week later, my nails are destroyed and the terrible shape the nails were in ruined my confidence the week I did have them on. Not worth it, travel into GR and pay for someone who knows what they're doing.

I’ve been twice now, and both times my nails have turned out absolutely phenomenal. The wonderful lady who’s done them both times is so talented and detail-oriented — she really makes sure every design looks perfect. From the relaxing atmosphere to the endless color and design options, this place is such a treat. Whether you’re going for something classy or a cute, creative design, they’ve got you covered. I can’t recommend Cindy’s Nails and Spa enough if you want your nails to look gorgeous and feel pampered while you’re at it. I’m already excited for my next appointment!🎃🫶🏻

2025-06-27I got a French Pedicure, it was a new Nail Tech. She was rushing. One coat of polish on the white French. They speak their language about customers. Then laugh! I questioned her about the French Tip. Cindy comes over being a smart Alec. I had already been there about 30 minutes or more, then she put others before us. 3 people came in after us. She got them in and out. The older lady was still waiting and she was there before me. She came for a fill in. I will not be returning!!!!!!! This was the 1st bad experience I had with Cindy Nails @ Cindy, nobody said nothing about your smarts. I’m not a critic!!! You should look out for your supportive customers. She sat an hour while you polished nails and toes of walk ins that came after us. They didn’t have appointments! I was disappointed at the fact that you all talk your language and it be about paying customers. I’ve never had issues there before, but don’t try and tell me what I should get in front of customers. I pay for what I want. Keep doing good!!!!!!
