2025-09-05The first two times I went to this place, they were fine and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. But they were kinda more on the rude side as how they spoke to their customers… they don’t really talk to you and are always on their phones. This last time I went, they had their daughter running around and she was sweet and all but not a place to bring your kids especially when they have to stop working and attend to their kids needs. They did still stop doing my nails to watch videos and are were constantly on their phones again. When I went it was on a Monday. By Friday/Saturday, my nails were already peeling and some had fallen completely off. I even paid extra for the good stuff to last longer. I understand nails don’t last forever but they should at least last a few weeks not a few days. When I went back, they did fix them with no extra charge, but the lady said that I was picking them and to stop. Umm excuse me?? Why in the hell would I pick my $85 nails!?!?! I was literally putting up my hair and some how it got caught and peeled right off. 3 days after they fix the ones that fell off, a couple more started to fall/peel off and including one of the ones the redid. I don’t know what they were using but I don’t like it and don’t wanna go back to them.

2024-12-28Great Experience. They had steady appointments, all were sat and tended too in a timely manner. Workers were pleasant, environment was calm and clean. Best of all my nail design turned out exactly like I wanted (big issue for me at other nail salons). Go there!

2025-08-10They rushed through both my manicure and pedicure. She and he actually cut me on my feet and hands. They didn’t try to even massage my cuticles which I said before I wanted extra work on. Then at the end they said I would be charged 5$ for using my card! So I didn’t tip and won’t be back. I wouldn’t recommend this place

My nails withstand quite a bit and I've only broken one in 3 years of going here. Make an appointment if you don't have time to wait long due to their growing popularity.
