2025-09-25I was heavily disappointed when I asked for turtle shell French tips and get what I got as the result. Not only that, but was also charged $80 for a quality that was easily worth $50. I got brown French tips with black polka dots on them. The last picture is the reference photo. The shape of the nails is uneven, crooked on some, and bumpy edges. I could not believe I was charged $80 for this product, once again, heavily disappointed. Will not be returning.

2025-12-17Terrible experience here….do not waste your time like I did! Started with a beautiful chrome on my fingers and toes….wanted something special for vacation. The polish started coming off by the time I got home, showing the bright white layer underneath. Came back next day for a re-do….same thing happened, before I even left, after the girls said it would not happen again. Since I needed “something” on my nails, I just had her put a regular gel polish on which turned out fine. Because I had paid significantly more for chrome a day earlier, I requested a refund for the price difference. They refused to do this, saying they tried their best to fix the issue. Not cool….and I am not even a Karen. Kiss off, Kiss Nails! In the meantime, educate yourselves about good customer service..

2025-08-09i don't ever write reviews but after today i thought i had to. i came here and got a gel manicure on july 29th. a lovely and quiet gentleman did them and the experience was overall nice, the facility was clean and pretty... but the nails were done exceptionally. they've survived through two weeks of field work and now through an entire move. my hands got beat to hell and back and the polish is still intact and looks beautiful!!! you can see from the pictures, at some point somewhere around my nail started bleeding and the polish didn't crack or chip at all. love it and i will come back again 🌟

2025-09-061st time at kiss AND IM OBSESSED. I wish I remembered my nail ladies name because she killed this set, I also told her it was my birthday and she made me feel so special ! . 10/10 would recommend , kiss is definitely my nail spot now 🥰
