Infinity Nails and Spa

My initial experience at this salon was promising. They promptly accommodated my requests for clear tips. Kim, the nail technician, was pleasant, but it became evident that she grew irritated when I inquired about the powder she was using. Additionally, I had requested new sanding bits, as per the law, which should be disposable and fresh. However, she proceeded to perform my nails with a sloppy foundation. She then hurriedly left to get her own nails done and left another girl to finish my nails. I was reluctant to let them complete the service because I had to file my nails myself, but it was futile since there were missing gaps in the foundation that would eventually cause my nails to break. As a licensed cosmetologist, I understand the importance of being critical, but I was incredibly patient. It was disheartening not to tip, as I rely on tips for my income, and I felt their time was wasted. Despite their lack of concern for my nail appearance, I paid the bill and left. Do not recommend. If you care about your nails find someone or some place that does too.

Terrible nails & experience. I told them multiple times I had sensitive skin & it breaks easily. They continued to be rough and cut me numerous times. They did not sanitize their tools or help with the bleeding. They not chose the colors I selected. No apex on the nail and they're very uneven and bumpy. One has already broke. The chemicals they used are definitely illegal because it is very gummy & burned like HELL. My fingers swelled up and turned red.

My mom, her friend, and I went to Infinity spa this past week and had a wonderful experience. They did a great job on all our nails, were super professional, and even gave us a small parting Christmas present. The place was also super clean and you could tell they were trained in everything they did. I plan to go back, and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. Nothing I’ve ever experienced. They taught me some things about nails and Tom did absolutely beautiful on my nails. They look just like the picture I showed them! Highly highly recommend!!! I included my inspo pic to see just how good they did!

my FAVE nail salon. i have gone to several in the lansing / jackson area… NO WHERE COMPARES. my nails are always perfect here and they are amazing at designs! THE BEST ! and the price is very reasonable for how amazing of a job they do!
