I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. I received a gift card to have my nails done and decided to try the Dazzling Dry manicure and pedicure based on the recommendation I received during my appointment. While my nail technician was wonderful, I’m disappointed with how long the results have lasted and the application. I was told the Dazzling Dry system would last up to two weeks; however, my manicure and pedicure began chipping and showing wear in less than a week. I’ve attached photos for reference. Unfortunately, I’m attending a wedding soon, and my nails no longer look presentable, which is very disappointing given the expectations set for this service. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case there was an issue with the product or application. I would appreciate any guidance or resolution you can offer. I just had my first dry float session at The Color Box in Michigan, and it was absolutely incredible. This was a Mother’s Day gift from my partner, and it turned out to be one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. The experience lasted 45 minutes and from start to finish, it was pure relaxation. I was wrapped in a warm cocoon, floating inside a private pod, and the sensation was so soothing and peaceful. What made it even more amazing was that I never touched water. My body and hair stayed completely dry the whole time, which made the experience super comfortable and easy. The space itself is beautiful and calming, with soft lighting and a peaceful vibe as soon as you walk in. The team at The Color Box was friendly and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. During the float, I was given a warm weighted eye mask that helped me fully relax. The scent of essential oils filled the room and added another layer of comfort. To top it all off, I received a head and scalp massage that felt incredible and really helped me unwind. When the session was over, I felt lighter, calmer, and mentally refreshed. It was as if my body had taken a long nap and my mind had finally unplugged from the noise of everyday life. I can’t recommend this enough. Whether you're treating yourself or looking for a special gift for someone else, this is something everyone should try. I’m so grateful to have found this place and I will definitely be going back. Thank you to The Color Box for creating such a unique and peaceful experience. I loved every minute of it.

Went in for a gel cat eye manicure and massage to celebrate my birthday. 🎉Gabby was great with the nail service, made sure I loved the shape of my nails and used the colors I wanted. I will say, I’ve never had a cat eye gel manicure before and the next day it just looks like regular sparkle polish. I’m OK with that because I still got the multiple colors I wanted, but if you’re looking for something that truly maintains the “cat eye” look, this isn’t it, just so you know. Will go back to Gabby! She has a lot of talent in nail art, just from looking at her own ombré coffin shaped nails with crystals! The waiting area between my two services was also quiet, calming, and wonderful. Camille gave a great massage, really good pressure and a wonderfully private massage room with aromatherapy and calming music. Color Box gave me a rose for my birthday and made sure I had all of the hot tea I wanted (they also have infused water and a couple of other options). I’ll be back for sure.

While this place looked promising at first I noticed the next day I had a few issues. First of all my feet were super itchy the next day. I got a waterless pedicure and it was quite relaxing however after the following day I noticed way too much skin was taken from my right big toe and on my left toe she definitely scraped too much skin on resulting in a scab like wound. I wanted to like this place but for the price point and service quality uhm absolutely not. I was expecting a prettier pedicure and honestly I’ve gotten way better work done at chop shops 🙄 I hope that you guys take this review with consideration and elevate

I came in hoping this place was going to be my new spot as I just moved back to Michigan. Multiple people told me about this place. While the salon itself is cute… I can’t say the same for the service. I’ll just post a picture of my current toes a day after my pedicure.. you tell me. And I truly wish I was lying
