DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE HAVING HAIR ON YOUR HEAD! Short version: I paid over $400 to lose a quarter of my hair, have it dyed the wrong color, and have my $1000 coat stolen. I went to see Erma to get my hair dyed. My hair had previously been colored, so it was already bleached. She left the bleach on for over an hour, fried my hair, said nothing as she ripped chunks of blonde from my head, dyed it the wrong color even though I showed multiple images for reference, then lied to my face and said it looked good even though I was missing half of my hair. I attached a picture where you can see just how much thinner one side is than the other. No apology and no offer of services to remedy it (not that I’d ever let her touch my hair again). On top of that the salon allowed someone to steal my coat. How a professional salon allows its clients to steal from each other is beyond me. The ONLY thing this salon did right was they found out who took it on their security cameras and returned it to me.

Went in for an up-do hair style. Remember the “bump-it’s” from the early 2000’s? Brought back a lot of memories. Silver lining is my photographer had to reschedule our photos. The front desk is great, super nice and accommodating. Makeup artists have always been solid as well (Especially Gabby!) I used to be able to just schedule with whoever for hair but last couple times I’ve realized you should really have someone in mind rather than just seeing someone random.

I got my highlights done by Mark Haidar a couple of months ago and I’m STILL obsessed with them! He knew exactly what I wanted, matched the color perfectly, and gave me the most natural, blended look. My hair has grown out beautifully and the color still looks amazing. Mark is super professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely talented. Highly recommend him if you want gorgeous highlights! He’s the only one I trust when it comes to my hair 💛

I had such a great experience with Silvana! She was so professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. She was super sweet and funny, and you can tell she really loves what she does and the people around her. I absolutely love the outcome of my hair. It turned out even better than I imagined.
