Sky Nails Spa

Sky Nails has been my go to for years. No one does it quite like them. Johnny and Tina know what they’re doing and their staff is wonderful. Clean salon and practices. Tons of nail polish to choose from. Daisy recently did my nails for vacation and I’ll definitely be requesting her again!

I have been going to Sky Nails for a while now and every single time has been such a wonderful experience! They always do such a great job with my nails. I highly recommend Sky Nails to everyone!

This has been one of the most positive experiences I’ve had while getting a pedicure in a long time. The place was spacious, which made me feel more relaxed, a lot of nail salons tend to be congested and I feel like I’m sitting on top of the person next to me. The nail techs were so kind, and fun to talk with. I had my pedicure with by Uy and Sonny was working alongside him while doing my friend’s pedicure. We are definitely coming back! 10/10, would most definitely recommend!

I previously worked here and recently resigned due to what I felt was unfair treatment. I’m not writing this to achieve anything, but to share my experience for future employees. There is no clear or fair turn system. Turns were often given to family members (Mason, ellie, uy) or preferred workers (daisy), creating an unequal work environment. When I raised concerns, they were dismissed or deflected. I also noticed a pattern of favoritism and unprofessional communication. Non-family staff, (sammy and tammy) including myself, were often spoken to harshly, while family members were treated differently. This made the workplace uncomfortable and stressful. Management frequently monitored employees through cameras placed throughout the salon, including the break area. It created a sense of being constantly watched rather than supported. Tips were another issue: the salon only allowed cash tips and prohibited Venmo or Zelle, which affected my ability to receive tips from clients who didn’t carry cash. The explanation given didn’t make sense and felt unfair. Scheduling and appointments were also handled inconsistently. Clients were often reassigned to family members or one preferred worker, regardless of their requests or who was available. This left non-family (sammy,tammy,me) staff with fewer opportunities to work and earn. Overall, the environment felt restrictive, overly controlling, and mentally draining. Coming to work became stressful, and after months of trying to make it work, I decided to leave for the sake of my well-being. Coming in every morning just to be greeted by "sour face john" dogging us out everyday for no reason! You need therapy brother! I'm worried about your health! I wish the best for the coworkers who supported me (sammy n tammy), and I hope future employees are treated with fairness and respect. All in all Tina and Johnny was a horrible experience for my taste! If you're going to open a family shop just keep it family dont hire outsiders just to mistreat us!!!! Everyone needs to smile more in there! Everyone is too serious! You guys tried to dim my light! I'm glad i made it out before it gotten worse! I know my worth and I deserve better! -SONNY

1000/10!!! Sky nails has been my go to salon for 6 years now and it has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is very welcoming, the salon is clean, and both Tina and Johnny welcome me when I walk in. Johnny is my tech and consistently has me walking out loving the new set of acrylics I just got:) this is the best place I have gone to and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!
